Our service department delivers excellent phone support to all clients and representatives in North America with a 24/7 Hot Line allowing around-the-clock access to our technicians. When further support is needed, our customers rely on National X-Ray’s:
- Factory Service – We offer equipment repair services for our proprietary products as well as the Gulmay and COMET product lines.
- Field Service – Service engineers are available for on-call, on-site product maintenance of our larger systems.
Customer Support Engineers
Customer Support Engineers (CSEs) acquire purchase orders from clients, travel to repair equipment on-site, request needed parts, and install and test the equipment to guarantee satisfaction.
The CSEs also establish preventative maintenance agreements (PMs) to keep equipment operating at the optimum efficiency level. They will provide the client with a quote for repairs, installations, and PMs.
Emergency Equipment Rental/Leasing
In situations where equipment has failed or requires immediate repair, National X-Ray Corporation offers our customers competitive market rates to rent/lease National X-Ray manufactured products and industrial X-Ray Source type equipment.
